The windage control is mis-identified on the page and is actually the sight mounting nut.  The windage adjustment is the screw on the opposite side.  The text correctly identifies the directional adjustment.

Not noted is is the amount of adjustment which is nominally ½ MOA

This has been brought to the attention of the factory but the manual has not been updated.
